I just found a good test/application for this new feature.

Our CollabNet OnDemand site uses a different URL for the SVN server. It is:

https://scm.ondemand​.sourceforge.com/svn​/repos

I had wondered why the Source Code piece never worked properly before. I
did not notice the URL was different.

This raises a couple new requirements:

1) We need to be able to provide this URL in our pre-configured sites.

2) I think we should show this in the UI when creating a site.
