Message Each "SVN repository site" currently has a distinct URL. This can be
used as the key of a map.

Every time, a user customizes the SVN url of a repository, we could put
an entry in this global map, where key is the default URL (always
calculatable and constant) and the value is the custom URL entered by
the user.

This map can be kept globally since current repository urls are unique.

Also, this feature needs to be supported at the repository level anyway.
