CollabNet Desktop 1.6 - New and Noteworthy

The emphasis on the 1.6 release has been support for Mylyn 3.0. This brings a number of new features and greatly simplifies the installation process for Eclipse 3.4 users (since it typically includes Mylyn). Click here for a list of New and Noteworthy changes in Mylyn 3.0.

NOTE: Mylyn 3.0 only supports Eclipse 3.3 and higher. Consequently, this release of the CollabNet Desktop only supports Eclipse 3.3 and 3.4. New releases for Eclipse 3.2 will be issued on an as-needed basis when important bug fixes are made.

A list of known issues has also been posted and will be actively maintained. Also, be sure to see the New and Noteworthy features for the 1.5.0 release.

CollabNet Subversion
CollabNet Merge Client We now include the CollabNet Merge Client, including change set support. This is installed as part of the CollabNet Desktop. For more information see the following article.
Subclipse 1.4.x Subclipse 1.4.x is included. This includes full support for Subversion 1.5 features.

CollabNet SourceForge Enterprise
Mylyn 3.0 The CSFE connector for Mylyn was updated to account for the API changes and new features provided by Mylyn 3.0.
Support for Dependencies Support was added for viewing and working with CSFE task and artifact dependencies.

CollabNet Enterprise Edition
Mylyn 3.0 Both the Project Tracker and Issue Tracker connectors were updated to account for the API changes and new features provided by Mylyn 3.0.

CollabNet CUBiT
SSH Terminal The SSH Terminal, which comes from the Eclipse DSDP/TM project was updated to the latest release that shipped with Eclipse 3.4.
